Leif started his Wing Chun training in 2007 in Sweden when he met his Sifu, Robert Kenneryd. After a few years of training, he helped hold classes and was given instructor certificates. He has traveled numerous times with his Sifu to Hong Kong and trained with his Si-Gong, Grandmaster Donald Mak, as well as his Sibak at the IWCO head quarter. After moving to Florida – USA, he founded his own school, IWCO USA under the IWCO organization
Leif has practiced martial arts since the age of 8 and has extensive knowledge in Judo, Karate and Thai Boxing. But is since 2007 solely focused on Wing Chun. He has been awarded by the IWCO headquarter, the first school certificate in USA.
The lineage practiced in IWCO is a unique lineage that is from Great Grandmaster Chow Tze Chuen. In Hong Kong he was known for his footwork and kicking technics. Great Grandmaster Chow Tze Chuen, who was a direct student of Ip Man (Yip Man), Always held a very small private Wing Chun school where he only accepted students on recommendations. Grandmaster Donald Mak was one of the very few that learned the whole Wing Chun system from his Sifu, Great Grandmaster Chow Tze Chuen.
